Nalu is a conceptual Pilates activewear and equipment brand developed as my final year project, centred around branding, packaging, and campaign design. Meaning “wave,” Nalu embodies fluid movement and adaptability, reflected through typography inspired by the organic curves of Pilates practice. The project involved building a complete visual identity system, supported by branded packaging, campaign imagery, and video content. To extend the brand experience, I created Daily Dose of Pilates, a campaign designed for working women aged 20–35 who often struggle to prioritise their wellbeing and are vulnerable to burnout. The concept takes the form of a four-week subscription box encouraging 25 minutes of daily movement as a moment to reset and reconnect. Beginning with Pilates essentials and progressing through weekly “Level Up” boxes featuring new equipment and tailored exercises, the campaign positions Pilates as an accessible daily ritual focused on balance, wellbeing, and self-care.
