AT A DISTANCE TO THE FOREGROUND & HERE THERE, AND EVERYWHERE

Publication

publication (photo book)

These two photo books are a curation of my photography over the past year. 'At a Distance to the Foreground' examines the relationship between subjects and their surroundings, the narratives formed through relations between images, and the photographer’s dissociative perspective. Rather than documenting dramatic events, the work turns to ordinary scenes, allowing perspective to transform them into emotionally resonant images. 'Here There, and Everywhere' investigates whether similar relational patterns appear across different cultural and environmental contexts. Moving between places, the work identifies recurring structures such as loneliness, anticipation, and the fragile ties linking people to their surroundings. Together, the two books demonstrate that photography is a constructed representation shaped by an individual consciousness. The series offers tangible evidence of a personal way of seeing, showing how internal frameworks imprint themselves onto every landscape.
